Application to enter a team for the Carter Cup

This Application Form does not guarantee registration or entrance to the Carter Cup. If your application is successful you will be contacted with an official invitation to take part in the tournament.

					Please do not just turn up to the event without an official invitation. You will be refused entry.				

There is a non refundable registration fee of €60 per team men & €40 women. If your application is successfull you will be notified of how and where to make the payment.

Tournament*	Men's 7-a-Side. A maximum of 11 players can be registered for each team (7 players and 4 subs) CLOSED Children's 5-a-Side. A maximum of 5 players can be registered for each team (2 players and 3 subs) CLOSED Under 14s Youth. A maximum of 5 players can be registered for each team (2 players and 3 subs) CLOSED
